I can't believe how busy I've actually become this summer, with the preparations for our upcoming variety show and all. So that's why so many things have been left unupdated - my fics, Solo Flight, A Little Fall of Rain, and many more. *sighs*
And now, it's almost back to school for me, and am I in for a hectic semester. I have three major subjects to make my head spin, and a Law subject, which means four departmental exams when the time comes. *dies*
Because of my very limited time online, I decided to put all my numerous blogs together into one - and for that purpose, I created a new LJ account, ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) darthkuro. I intended to keep Solo Flight, but aside from the fact that lunateia.net, if I'm not mistaken, will expire this June, I also don't have the luxury of time to customize layouts and all. With LJ all I have to do is go to the update page, and post. It's much easier and time-saving.

I'm referring to that kawaii little bunny in my icon who actually happens to be the god of darkness in Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure. Actually, he resembles my favorite stuffed toy, Clarit. No, wait. Clarit resembles him. Haha. Well anyway, I just dropped by to change my icon and the color theme. My brother, damooseyfate, was so kind to tweak the picture thingy I found and transform it into that utterly kawaii avatar. Oh yes, simplicity is beauty. *nods*

*looks at the date* Yep, it's been a while. ^_^;
Well, I'm still quite busy right now, with our comprehensive exam coming up very soon, as well as rehearsals for our theatre group's upcoming variety show, but that doesn't mean I've stopped working on my fics or my other written works. Hopefully I'll be able to finish the third chapter of both Without the Rainbow and Requiescat before May, as I'm already halfway on those said chapters. *crosses fingers*
Anyway, I'm posting to ask for your help. *bats eyelashes* Hehe. My offline best friend Misao and I have started brainstorming on a story while taking breaks from our review sessions, and while we've got the plot and characters laid out, we still haven't thought of a title. Actually it's a nonfiction romance series, and for now the title of the series is what we need the most. Any suggestions? *hopeful look*
And for those who would want to help with the series itself, like contribute poems to use in the story or make the character designs, please do let me know. That would be great. ^_^

It's already been a while since I got off from school for our previous semester, and yet I find myself occupied with plenty other things. And then, here comes a virus that plunges me into a state of sickness and consequently, takes up a lot of my time. Tsk, tsk. Either I'll never really be able to enjoy my summer, with an exam and two weeks' worth of review looming around the corner, or I simply won't be able to catch up with my online life. I wonder which would be more tragic.
Anyway, despite my apparently hectic lifestyle, I'm still doing good. Over the course of our play rehearsals I've formed friendships with unlikely people, and I can say the same for my college friends who have been with my through the grueling pains of being an Accountancy student. Yup, as I mentioned earlier, we have the so-called Comprehensive Exam Level 1 (CEL-1) this coming April 23, and beginning April 4 we're going to be hitting our books once more to review. Four hours a day, six days a week, for two weeks. Could school get any worse? *sighs*
I still don't want to face the truth that I might have to put all my fics on an indefinite hiatus, but it looks like that's where things are headed to. And to think I haven't even started on my 2005 CGT project, except for a rough draft of the opening sentences. *sniff* However, I'm still hoping to get a sudden surge of inspiration to finish a fic or two over the summer. Or maybe some one-shots. *crosses fingers*
As for the play pictures I promised to post, I already have the files here in the computer, but I'll just put them up along with the CTC site updates. Which, hopefully, I'll be able to finish in a day or two. *crosses fingers again*

Wow, it's been a while. I so miss being online! Well, rather unfortunately I've been really busy with schoolwork and play rehearsals, so until we finish staging Anastasia (on the 26th of February) I won't be on the 'Net very often. And as for my fics, they're all on hiatus, too. *sniff* *sniff*
So I guess that leaves me with a lot to do over the summer, ne? Not that I have a lot of time in my hands either, since we'll be having our reviews and eventually our Comprehensive Exam Level One (CEL-1) that will determine our fate in the field of Accountancy. If I don't pass that, I'll have to shift to another course for my third year in college. Argh, why does it have to be so hard to stay in school? -.-;
Okay, just to keep you guys updated, here's the list of my upcoming projects, which I'll hopefully start working on as soon as our play's over:
New Fanfiction
1. Lionheart. A Gekitou! Crush Gear Turbo fanfiction featuring Mitsuki Ohmori, telling of his life, his experiences, his friends, and what it takes to be a leader. Part of the 2005 Project at the CGT Fanfiction Mailing List.
2. Broken Vow. The temporary title for my upcoming Sanosuke Sagara x Sayo Amakusa (of Rurouni Kenshin fame) mini-series. Will probably be AU, but then again, who knows what I can think of when the time will come for me to actually write it?
3. A Jacen Solo x Danni Quee (of Star Wars New Jedi Order fame) fanfiction, simply because there aren't too many fics about them out there. And, well, I love this couple to bits. Hopefully I'll be able to read all the other books in the NJO series so I can venture into an in-series story rather than an AU one.

EDIT: I've just been browsing through Star Wars forums, and after having read what I just did, I'm hyperventilating with excitement and eagerness to buy a book that's beyond my line of interest - considering that I don't read pre-Classic (those before Episodes IV, V and VI) books. Matthew Woodstring Stover is the author of the novelization of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith!
Hehe, it just so happens that Stover wrote one of my all-time favorite SW books, Traitor of the New Jedi Order series, and that work of his really impressed me to a great extent. And now I read that he did the RotS novel! Waiiii! Now I'm really marking that book in my to-buy list. And hopefully I'll be able to get a copy of the novelization of Episode II: Attack of the Clones as it was also done by another favorite SW author of mine, R.A. Salvatore!
Must! Get! Those! Books! *suddenly very hyper*
Back to Stover, Traitor and RotS. I can't wait to read RotS. Simply because I want to see how the different perceptions of the Force would connect. Before the Yuuzhan Vong came into the picture in the NJO series, the Force was just white or black, light or dark. Then came the Vong who were 'absent' in the Force, and suddenly that all-powerful thing the Jedi so speak about isn't black and white anymore. There's more to it than just what's good and what's not, as Jacen Solo experiences and is taught by Vergere in Traitor. With the same author who made such a deep and philosophical book about the Force doing the story where Anakin Skywalker falls to the dark side and becomes the fearsome Darth Vader... what could happen? Aaaah! This is too good!
I'm probably not making sense to those who haven't read the books as I have, but you can't blame a fangirl for prattling, can you? XD

HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!
Wow, time flies so fast, ne? It's already 2005. Well, I'm off to a brand new start this year, having decided - and wanted - to start with a clean slate. I used to not believe in, and thus, consequently, do those resolutions, but I felt the need to do so for this year. Ah, the complexities of life.
Oh, I met osmalic! *huge grin* She dropped by here in Cebu last December 28, and we spent a little time together in the mall. I still don't have our pictures, though, since I don't own the digicam I brought then. Anyway, she's a really cool person! Despite the fact that I had a bit of a hard time speaking in Tagalog, hehe, we had a swell conversation. Fangirls, unite! =p
I haven't been able to do online stuff the past week, as we had full-blast rehearsals for our upcoming play in February, inclusive of bonding sessions with the other members of our theatre group, but I did manage to update my Rurouni Kenshin fansite, A Little Fall of Rain, which is dedicated to my all-time favorite couple of the said anime, Sanosuke Sagara and Sayo Mutou Amakusa. It now has loads of pictures, two new affiliates - fanlistings, for that matter - and links to music. What I forgot to do however, in relation to that, is put up the codes for those FLs in my personal site, which hasn't been updated for a long time. Oh well. Maybe some other time. ^_^;

You might all be wondering where I suddenly disappeared off into after my last post of rejoicing at the commencement of Christmas break. Well, of all things that could happen, I got sick. On the last day of class, which wasn't really much, considering that I only had to go to school for one subject, and our teacher only so as much checked the attendance. And I've been sick since then. *counts* Five days... five days... waaah... *sniff* *sniff*
For a girl who thinks that 24 hours isn't enough for a day, to be sick for that long really sucks.
Anyway, sometime this week I'm going to post the long overdue pics during my debut that I said I would. I still have to do the scanning and uploading. My original plan was to post it at nytingayle, but then I realized that this LJ is linked to more people than that, so I'll stick it up here. And, if Melissa-chan, my little sister and owner of lunateia.net would agree, I'll upload a song or two from my giveaway CD during my debut. Hehe, I wanna be clear of any debts before the year ends. ^.~
Also, I'll be posting scans from the CGT manga, as I'm now the proud owner of volumes 1-4! Yay! Arigatou gozaimasu Shikine-san! She was so kind to give them to me for Christmas. *hugs*

Okay, off to fanfics! Because of my sickness I haven't done any writing, but I hope to be able to work on some fics and post new chapters before the year ends. And I got a new idea for a CGT fic, and, finally, it's Mitsuki-centric. Am I happy that inspiration for that finally struck! I've been wanting to write one for a long time, Mitsuki being my second favorite character and all, but I had no single plot in mind. Finally I have one! Yes! *pumps fist*
Still no idea for a Christmas fic, though. *sniff* Well anyway, I'm also hoping to co-write a Lunar fic with drknuriko, who plays as Lucia at Resurrecting Althena - which, by the way, keeps on dying and resurrecting itself. Haha. But really, she's a great writer!

It's been a while, huh? *sighs* I hate school.
Anyway, I only have two days more before Christmas break sets in. Yes! Finally! Though I still have a hectic schedule, with play rehearsals going full-force, but hey, at least I don't have to study. ^.~
Fics! Let's see. I haven't thought of a Christmas fic, but hopefully I'll be able to write one. Probably a CGT one, it's what I've been trying to think about. Speaking of CGT, I still have that Shingo x Lilika fic awaiting completion, and the next two chapters of Without the Rainbow. For DBZ, I'll be posting three or four new chapters of HNWP sometime over the holidays, and maybe do a one-shot. For my Star Wars fic Scarlet Shadows, well, I'm hoping to get another chapter out, or even two, before the year ends. I love that story a lot.
And for Lunar, well, that's a different story. I've never gotten around to writing a fic about my all-time favorite RPG, and I finally got the ideas and the inspiration to do so, with the help of my offline best friend. It'll be an all-new saga taking place a hundred years or so after the second part, Eternal Blue, and it's got a truckload of the romance and drama mush accompanying the action and adventure that I really like doing in epic types.

Waah. I had the update for Scarlet Shadows ready, as I finally managed to finish the ninth chapter yesterday, only to find out that something's wrong with the diskette I brought. I'm actually at a 'Net cafe now, waiting for my mother to pick me up, and I was going to post, only to be thwarted. Oh well. I'm sure you guys can wait for a couple more hours, or perhaps another day. If I can't post it tonight, I'll do so tomorrow after my class. ^_^
To produce that chapter, I had to revitalize my love for Star Wars, and I did so by finishing two NJO books, Onslaught and Reunion. And now I find myself doing lots of brainstorming for that fic, especially since I've told my classmate Jorem about it and she likes the story so much. Hopefully I'll be able to plot the rest of the story until the final chapter, so it wouldn't be hard for me to write the next parts anymore. All I'll need, then, would be the time to actually write them - and perhaps to watch the trailer of Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. :p
But Jaina Solo is just so pretty in this Japanese cover of the second to the last New Jedi Order book, The Final Prophecy! She's the brown-haired girl on the upper right side of the image; the blonde on the left is Tahiri Veila, rainesolo's favorite female character in NJO.

Look who's back. *grins* I've been away for a very long time, I know, and I apologize for that. School's just been such a pain, and it's only recently that I've gotten the time off to do stuff online. I missed you all! *hugs* And before I forget, I would like to thank everyone who greeted me on my birthday. Thanks, guys! I'm so happy you remembered! *hugs again*
And now I'm 18. Don't ask me how it feels, though, because I can't really tell. Nothing's really changed in me. I'm still the same crazy fangirl you've come to know. Well maybe some things will change as time will pass, but not because I've reached legal age or something of that sort. :p
Now that I have some time in my hands, I'm going to try to resume working on my fics. Here's what I hope to do before I have to go back to school again (which is on the third of November *sighs*):
- post the remaining chapters of Amidst the Silence, chapters 16-20 and the epilogue
- post chapter 27 of Once Upon A December
- type and post chapter 2 of Without the Rainbow
- finish and post chapter 2 of Requiescat
- write the Shingo x Lilika one-shot I kinda promised to osmalic
- finish and post chapter 2 of Winter of Winters, the CGT Ragnarok Online style fic I co-write with my brother Wang Hu
- write and post chapter 9 (Alterare, Part II) of Scarlet Shadows
And write a bunch of one-shots! Which I happen to suck at. *sweatdrops*

Yes, this girl is still alive. *clings to PC and doesn't want to let go* Seriously, my life had been so... uh... I don't even know how to describe it. Of course there's that ever-loathesome thing called school that I've been trying to endure, but there are other things that have been keeping me on my toes the past weeks. I know, weeks.
It's almost our finals, which will be from October 12 to 16 (*screams* I have an exam on my birthday?!), so our teachers are being so rushy. And our oh-joy-of-joys subject AIS (Accounting Information Systems) especially sucks. T_T
But school's not only what's keeping me busy. Lately I've had to sing for some events and practice takes up my time, too. *groans* And that doesn't include our rehearsals for our upcoming play Anastasia yet. *groans even more*
Still, I guess I could say that there's a good thing that's been keeping me off the 'Net for a while now. I've been hanging out with my friends a lot and I've been having fun. The kind of fun I'm told I was supposed to have back in my high school days. And there are more interesting things... *smirks* Oh nevermind. I don't think I'm ready to talk about my love life in public just yet. Not that it's that interesting or anything. XD
Death days next week (READ: TORTOROUS EXAMS), but before I go indulge myself in those brain-torturing study sessions, I'll go have a little fun and watch The Notebook. I was practically squealing and giggling with delight when Pikz-kun told me just this morning that it was already showing, cuz I've been waiting for it for quite a while now, as my friend and I agreed to watch it together. I don't think it's a good idea for two very emotional and sentimental people to do that, though. :p
